ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS
  •  We reserve a right to accept or reject orders placed through our Site.
  • We have tried our utmost best to provide the best quality products to you. In case of requests for order cancellations, as part of our policy, the orders once placed will not be cancelled/exchanged and no refund will be paid on these orders as these orders are specially made for you.
  • You can request the cancellation strictly within 24 hours of placing the order. Please write to us at info@studiobagechaa.com or +91 99917-00002 to request the cancellation. Cancellation directly through the website is not possible.
  • We are happy to provide a credit note to the client who wants to cancel the order within 24 hrs of placing the order. The client still wants to cancel the order, we will refund the amount within 4-5 days.
  • If the payment is made through Razor Pay, the transaction fee will be given by the client.
  • All the products are well made, measured, finished, proper QC is done before packing and sending, so that clients don’t disappoint.
NOTE: Garments sold under seasonal sales are strictly not applicable for return or exchange under any circumstances.

SIZING
  • The fit of our products may vary on the cut, fabric and style of each product.
  • Some products are designed to have a loose, relaxed fit while others are more fitted.
  • Please refer to our sizing chart to select the best size that suits you.

  •  While we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products that appear on the Site, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen’s display of any color will be completely accurate, as computer monitor, and screens of electronic devices vary. Further, colors might vary in pictures than actual products.

Please note that we try our best in ensuring that the product reaches you within time. In order to fasten our process, we have tied up with several third-party vendors for quicker deliveries. However, in case of delay from a third party, we do not take any responsibility.
 
SHIPPING 
  •  We ship worldwide. The shipping charges for all shipping within India is free and is completely borne by us.
  • For international orders free shipping is only available after $300, subject to a minimum order value. A Non-Refundable charge of $60 will be applied to all orders below $300.
  • Custom Duty Charges are to be borne by you since, 'Every time when an item crosses an international border from one country to another, it is subject to these charges by the importing country's rules and regulations'.
  • We ship your products with well trusted courier companies like- for local we prefer DTDC, Shree Tirupati couriers and for international like DHL, FedEx, Blue Dart.
